Through planning and communication we review the client’s and project’s circumstances to determine both the stated goals and underlying desires.

Our tools include questionnaires, surveys, interviews, models, and photographs, as well as computer spreadsheets, sketches and 3D.

We analyze the site condition and context in order to understand the important environmental conditions.

We ascertain all of the alternatives and options to determine the essential and optimum solution for our client’s project while protecting the long term possibilities.

Only after following these steps do we prepare the drawings and specifications, assist in determining the appropriate construction delivery method and manage the construction process. We firmly believe that an excellent final product cannot be achieved without a fluid and collaborative design and construction process.
