YGAI’S DESIGN and MASTER PLANNING services provide the computer drawings (AutoCad) and visual presentations (graphic and digital) that our clients require, as well as architectural models and 3-D modeling that clients often need in making presentations to others.
YGAI’S FACILITY MANAGEMENT services include financial, space use and custodial administration. With an architectural background, special attention is focused on the detailed care and upkeep of buildings and grounds, well beyond maintaining the status quo. For each facility deferred maintenance and calendar maintenance plans are developed in order to build a planned-for rather than reactive approach to sustaining each facility.
