One Park Place Renovation

This project consisted of bringing a late 1950's office building up to date for the remarketing of leasable space. YGAI conducted an overall building inspection and assessment for the existing 10 story, 130,000 square foot building, and made recommendations for maintenance and improvements. Responsibilities also included "value assessing" proposed maintenance and physical improvement projects. The renovation of the lobby and elevator entrance in contemporary marble was among many of the upgrades YGAI designed.
